Pulse Productions was founded in 1994 by Ross Akselrad when he was just 16 years old.  Originally, Pulse provided DJ services to private events like weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs.  However, after about five years, Ross started integrating cutting edge technology into his private events and was one of the first companies in the Philadelphia area to use Plasma TVs, Video Mixers and monitors.  Pulse was also the first one-stop-shop for all your private event needs when Ross added professional photography and video for events.  With the dramatic growth Pulse was experiencing, Ross began expanding more and more into the corporate sector by entertaining at corporate events and providing photo booths and other novelties for large companies that were having holiday parties or corporate picnics.
